Return / Refund Policy
We havc a no-question ask return policy. You will be charged 15% of re-stocking fees on the invoiced MRP.

Return requests accepted within 7 days of product receipt. Please return items in original packaging with all accessories intact.
Kindly return the product(s) to the nearest store/warehouse. Customer will be responsible for transportation or courier charges.
Vgoly Led Lights Company will conduct verification and checks on returned products for legitimacy.
It takes 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition.
To issue a credit note against the returned items (perfect condition), it could take up to 2 business days.

Once the refund request is approved, the process will be initiated within 24-48 hours from our backend system.
Refund Method
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. This applies to orders placed via:

- The sales team
Credit Card Refunds
For orders placed using a credit card, the refund may take an additional 3-5 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the card issuer’s processing time.
Experience Center Orders
For orders placed directly at our experience center via Netbanking, UPI, or Cash, the refund will be credited within 24-48 hours of approval.
Amazon Orders
For orders placed through Amazon, the refund process is managed directly via the Amazon app. Customers can navigate to the My Orders section, select their order with Vgoly Led Lights, and initiate a refund if eligible. Please refer to Amazon’s refund policy for further details.
Exchange Policy
For damaged/defective/incorrect products, contact customer service via email at narinder.singh7896@gmail.com.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If you receive a broken or non-working product, please share an unboxing video of the article with us. This video will help us raise concerns with the correct logistics partner.
Any issues with the product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for a 100% product replacement for FREE of cost.
If the issue is reported within a week post-delivery, a 15% charge of the order value will be applied, and a replacement will be provided.
Product issues reported after one week from delivery will not be entertained for replacement.
Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.
Upon receiving your complaint, Vgoly Led Lights will verify its authenticity and nature. If deemed genuine, we will promptly initiate the replacement process.
The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Vgoly Led Lights in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
Exchanged item will be delivered with in 7-10 days of successful verification of request
